We have an important update about our CAD system that will improve both security and the overall roleplay experience in Sandy Shores and beyond.

Why We’re Going Back to LPC CAD

We originally used LPC / Lines Police CAD, but stepped away from it while the website was still under development. During that time, we explored building our own custom CAD to better support our server.

With the release of the new LPC update, many of the limitations we faced have been resolved. LPC now gives us more control, stability, and structure, which is why we’ve decided to return to it.

Here is what the new LPC system offers:

• The civilian department remains open so players can easily create characters and vehicles

• The police, EMS, and fire departments are now closed to the public

• Only approved members can view and manage reports, BOLOs, warrants, and 911 calls

• This helps prevent fake reports and keeps department tools restricted to the right people

These changes support a more secure and organized experience for everyone on the server.

What’s Next?

If you used LPC before, just log in through the LPC app, create a new civilian profile, add your vehicle, and add your driver’s license. That will get you ready for your next roleplay session.

For police, EMS, and fire department members, we will be providing updated instructions and help to make sure you are comfortable with the new setup. New members will be trained on how to use the system properly.
